Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

a) Purpose: All activities related to the preparation, conclusion, proper execution, and termination of contracts.
Processing period: Until the contract ends, and afterward, for purposes related to the contract, such as claim security.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)

b) Purpose: All activities related to the preparation, conclusion, proper execution, and termination of contracts to which you are not a party.
Processing period: Until the contract ends, and afterward, for purposes related to the contract, such as claim security.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)

c) Purpose: Actions based on your consent, including: informing about the Controller and its activities, marketing via electronic channels and phone, preparing and sending requested commercial offers, and responding to inquiries sent via the Controller’s website.
Processing period: Until consent is withdrawn.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)

Providing personal data in the cases listed in points a–b is voluntary but necessary for the realization of the stated purposes.

Sources of Personal Data

We process personal data provided directly by you (e.g., in forms) and obtained from publicly available sources such as the National Court Register (KRS), the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), and the REGON database.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with:

  • Public authorities or entities authorized by law,
  • Entities processing data on behalf of the Controller under data processing agreements (e.g., accounting firms, legal offices, print shops, courier services, IT service providers),
  • Entities to whom you have given consent for data processing and sharing.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Data Retention Period

Your data will be stored for the duration of cooperation with you or the entity you represent. Afterward, it will be retained for the period necessary for claims limitation or to fulfill legal obligations.
Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until consent is withdrawn, and subsequently for the time required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data,
  • Request rectification of your personal data,
  • Request erasure or restriction of processing,
  • Object to processing,
  • Request data portability,
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office – PUODO).

The full scope of your rights is specified in Chapter III of the GDPR: “Rights of the data subject.”

Automated Decision-Making

Your personal data may be processed automatically or semi-automatically. However, it will not be used for fully automated decision-making, including profiling.

Policy Changes

The Controller reserves the right to amend or update this policy.


II. Cookie Policy
